Worst part is Georgia kept Harry Potter. He's no longer Top Jimmy, more like Rock Bottom Jimmy.

Here is my box. It says RMS-7781 will fit both. It might be best to call Rekluse.

As a FYI, this will work in the 2016+ Husky FC 350 and the 2016+ KTM 350 SX-F and XC-F

Drilling the holes woke the bike up. Gave it more grunt down low. If I ride in sand, dusty, or muddy conditions, I put in the Uni Filter 1" air filter vents. They are part number UFV-6, and come in a pack of 6. They just pop in and out.

I run the WPS Featherweight battery. I was just up in Michigan riding trails with my 2016 FC350. Left the bike in the trailer overnight (~20 degrees), and it fired right up in the morning with 30 degree temps. https://www.wps-inc.com/news/article/wps-2016-ktm-featherweight-lithium-battery/35 ... more »

Throw a zip tie on your fork leg and set your psi to 145. After shredding some laps/miles, see if the zip tie is at the bottom of the fork. If it isn't, you're not using full travel of the fork.

Added reply in a thread 2017 Husky 350 aer 48 set up.. 11/15/2017 11:16 AM

I would lower the air pressure to 145, and run 15 out on both compression and rebound. I run my AER's on the 3rd line, but try both the 2nd and the 3rd and see which you prefer. Out back, 105 mm for the sag is the sweet spot. Your shock spring is correct ... more »

Looks great! I'm really digging the blue on the KTM's.

I run the Maxima ProPlus 10w50 in my 2016 FC350 with a Core EXP 3.0. Next oil change I will be switching to Bel Ray EXP blend 15w50. I like the idea of the blend versus full synthetic.

Small update.... I swapped out the Dunlop MX3S for our new MX12 (sand/mud) tire. It rode great at our local sand/clay mix track (Sunset Ridge MX), and I am taking it up to the 50” trails in White Cloud, MI next weekend.

I like the changes they have made for the 2019 model. Mainly in the rear shock. I’d be curious to see how well that changes the overall feel and traction of the bike that already handles superbly.

Here is my build thread with some pics from my bike. http://www.vitalmx.com/forums/Bike-Builds,46/2016-Husqvarna-FC-350,1317421 I also trimmed my air box itself. Some pics can be seen here: http://www.vitalmx.com/forums/Moto-Related,20/2016-ktm-airbox-mod,1306394 ... more »

You can't go wrong with either. I've ridden both, and I went with the Husky FC350. Either way, you will be happy. Drill the holes in the airbox and side panels, and go up two teeth in the back. It's a beast!

I run mine at 140-142 psi, depending on terrain. 170 lbs, Vet rider. Compression 15 clicks out, rebound 15 clicks out. And I run mine on the third line. Works perfect!

Added reply in a thread Cone Valve-AER48-4CS Ride Height? 10/3/2017 10:22 AM

I ran my 4CS flush at the top, but my AER48 I run at the 3rd line. Sag at 105mm.

Dunlop MX3S out front, and then a MX3S or a MX11 (or 12 soon) out back, depending on track conditions. There are some great rebates out on Dunlops now as well, so that helps.
