02 cr125. Brand new oem cylinder and a pro x piston kit. There's no holes where the exhaust bridge is, the kit says nothing about drilling holes like how the Weisco kits do. Should it still get two holes? Thanks

That's what I was thinking but it looks like someone has just rebuilt all the linkage. and everything looks straight. Maybe mis shimmed

2002 cr125. When tightening the piece that goes to the shock and swingarm to the link arm, it has zero movement. Back It off an 1/8th of a turn and it's smooth as butter. What can cause this? Without the pivot bolt going through, the two peices themselfs ... more »

got a 01 yz125 that i bought with an athena cylinder (standard bore) and 2 piece head. The kid put it together and the piston was hitting the head enough to not allow for full rotation. I verified that the crank (hot rods) and piston (Wossner) are correct ... more »

Be careful the first time filling especially if you're used to that no vent crap, they fill quick lol look away for a second and gas everywhere

The vp 5 gallon cans are great but a little expensive for a gas can. for the "eco friendly" you can drill a hole and make your own plug to use as a breather.

Added reply in a thread vintage guys, got a long shot question 12/1/2015 1:53 PM

I don't own any thread gauges, but that was my first thought. Hardware stores seem like they won't be any help. Biggest metric was a m18 and that wasn't very close at all. I'm hoping I can find the exact size and then start calling around finding someone ... more »

The bike is a 76 dt400. Could anyone tell me what the thread size is for the countershaft nut that holds the front sprocket on? I looked at Ace and Menards and nothing seemed big enough in fine thread. Thanks in advance

does the choke circuit bypass the pilot jet? checked every mating surface for leaks including the left side crank seal with carb cleaner. Visually nothing looks out of place either, I havent pulled the stator to look at the crank seal though.

Should also mention that I brought this bike home in pieces and this is the first time im hearing it run. engine was complete and according to the guy has a newer top end on it. I havent cracked into the engine at all.
