The Come Back Road to lorettas

Lets start off with a little intro. I am 29 years old. Just got a new/used bike. I used to race a lot but due to my lack of finances as a late teenager early 20 year old in the sport forced to give it up. Went to college realized I didn't want to be in debt forever. Joined the Army 3.5 years later I got out. I got married, went to college got a AAS went to work. Became super miserable in the job I had so I quite. In the meantime had two Awesome kids. That about sums in up in fast forward mode. Now for current times. I am attending one of the best graphic design schools in the USA. Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Its good and bad design classes are awesome art classes are too arty for me way  to arty for me. Now that all that is out of the way. Down to the good stuff. I bought a single speed bike to train on for this summers motocross season. I ride anywhere from 5 -7 miles 4-5 days a week. At first man it was tough especially with the windchill reaching -10 on the first days of training. But my legs are now in shape and I am rocking the miles out faster then ever. I am enjoying the single speed because it is more of a challenge with the hills, no gears to make it easier. Although the ice is not making it easy either with the below average weather Minnesota is having this year. I am also working on endurance for my upper body doing back, chest and arm workouts. Now for my bike. I have took the bike apart and I mean apart engine out swing arm apart everything is out. I am sending the motor out for work next week. Getting the frame re-painted. New wheels. Plastic ect. We can see what I do with the bike as time progresses. I am stoked about this journey that my family and I have embarked on. I am looking forward to sharing it with everybody also. Lately I have been thinking that once you get to a certain level and everybody bike is awesome it turns into the rider instead of the bike. Granted I don't think that is my level more of the factory level. With that being said that is why I will share everything with you cause if you can beat me then good for you. I am going to have to train a little harder.
