Every one of the major manufacturers makes a quality 450 machine in my opinion. Be careful how much attention you pay to the Shootouts and various tests out there. How may serious riders leave a bike bone stock anyways? It's all about finding a motorcycle that is reliable, easy to ride and you feel comfortable on. All of these aspects inspire confidence which breeds speed. For me, it's Honda's, so much so that I still have my 2014 (the only other post/profile I've ever made on Vital). Great website for the most part and while I have this platform, the ridiculous chatter that I read with absolutely no accountability is embarrassing to the incredible sport that we all love. Sure, bench race and chat it up but seriously, hold your tongue once in a while. It's part of being a grown ass man. Ride on and enjoy every chance you have to twist a throttle! Cheers,
