Ok then can we please use common sense and realise that this is not the only KYB factory rear shock in existence?

Reply to HRC Honda releases statement on Cole Seely's Shock Failure at MXoN 10/5/2017 1:29 AM

Jeez there's KYB A kit being used all around Europe without issue in similar conditions. Some one mentioned 'short' springs and or preference for no preload being run by certain riders? Shock was never designed to be used like that....................... ... more »

Maybe these guys would ship to usa: http://www.mdracingproducts.co.uk/ I've used UFO kit and the quality has always been very good including the helmets. Spare parts readily available too.

Sometimes 'junior' riders on GP teams do not get all the good parts and spec. They cost money and sometimes its not there to be spent....

Reply to Lawrence to GEICO Honda 2019 10/3/2017 4:23 AM

The same guy who said the bike was slow and uncompetitive against the competition.? Then went 450 as he felt it was not worth trying to defend in mx2 on the Honda. Oh and HRC were onboard with Gajser. Look at the track record before that!

Reply to Lawrence to GEICO Honda 2019 10/3/2017 3:53 AM

Well id be slightly concerned as before full HRC involvement the Honda MX2 program was a shambles. So no HRC could spell issues, but hopefully Geico are supplying engines or alike for Hunter..

The USA guys did not bring suspension they shipped their normal race bikes. The rest who knows they tell people whatever they like and covered that bike up very quickly................

Reply to Latest Rumor/Fact: No Suzuki Factory Team in MXGP and MX2 for 2018 9/22/2017 5:18 PM

Very few people know the JGR - Suzuki deal. Suzuki's cost could be relatively low. Bikes and tech only and JGR take care of the rest? Evert's has been offered bikes and tech........but the main cash budget has seemingly been withdrawn. Lets face it the ... more »

Don't forget the husky runs the different subframe setup....so they will never be the same

Reply to Rockstar FE editions 9/22/2017 12:46 PM

sorry yes I would expect so. The bikes are around: Leok - Racing it. Anstie - Testing it. One in USA?

Reply to Rockstar FE editions 9/22/2017 12:41 PM

Anderson will have one (FE). Infact if people got busy maybe they'd spot one around

Reply to 2018.5 factory edition 9/18/2017 3:44 AM

Good to finally see pic of Leok's pre prod bike. I mentioned before it had been spotted at an earlier GP then disappeared quickly after performing well in qualification.

Gaerne GX-1 here too for old skool flexibility and lightness. I have broken in SG12s at home too, but no way can you say they have the same feel and flexibility of the GX-1. Amazing boots but feel like lead weights on the end of my legs in comparison ... more »

Tanel Leok was on a heavily disguised 2019 Husqvarna at one of the GPs but only used in the qualifying. Different shock reservoir layout I was told. That's what caught the eye of who saw it. Then the harder they looked the more realised it was a prototype.
