Custom built Honda Z50R. Everything on this bike is a one-off made by me in my basement.
Featuring:
Aluminum gas tank with flush mount cap (internally vented)
Full titanium exhaust. Pie-cut header and titanium muffler
+1 inch chromoly swingarm
CRF70 engine with BBR 88cc big bore, custom made intake manifold with CRF80 carburetor
Aluminum airbox with 3D printed air boot
Chromoly reinforced stock frame
CRF70 front forks modified to fit stock Z50 hubs/brakes
Titanium hardware everywhere except the axles and swingarm pivot bolt
This bike is still a work in progress. The frame will be powdercoated as well as the wheels. The swingarm will be nickel plated.
