I have a thing about this bike. I restored another '96 about 2 years ago that I ride on the track regularly. I love it; it's light, powerful, and reliable. Oh, and it's also considered one of the best 2T 250's ever made. By chance (or fate) I came across this bad boy from a good friend of mine. The price was right ($50), he got it from his cousins place where it sat in the high desert for years (notice the wasp nests in the silencer :laughSmile , I don't have a title on this one but I do on my other. The proprietary parts are all there, it's missing some minor things like throttle tube and assembly and clutch perch. Motor is seized, haven't broken into it yet, wondering what y'all think. Restore or let it sit and use for parts on my other '96?

Tough call. If the motor and frame are still good, rebuild. I hate seeing these old 96 bikes get parted.

Sell it to me, 100$ sounds good? Smile
What the fuck is going on with the flamy left side plate? That is artsy!
REBUILD IT BACK TO GLORY!
