Personally I think JGR should be Barcia and Martin next year, and Factory Yamaha should facilitate it happening. Keep both of those guys on blue 450s.

Too many teams using FMF in my opinion.
It's been said multiple times by Matthes and others on pulpmx show that when Decoster knows you're not going to be on his program the next year you're pretty much dead to him and will get no help off him.
So I think that shows there's a good chance he'll be back.
