I've been told that Honda would like Gasjer to defend his soon to be title in 2017, and then he can come here in 18... He'll do Monster Cup later this year, and possibly the first couple SX rounds of 17 to get his feet wet, before returning to the GPs for 17.

I'm thinking Wilson and Canard will both be under the RB tent next year...

sounds like a smart thing to do for honda and gajser. unless he comes out and wins a1. lol
probably not going to happen tho. I'd rather have him race the gp's anyways.

Jeremy was supposed to go 450 with RCH, but the deal fell apart late... After Star had already filled it's team for 2017... Alex was only signed to a one year deal, so he's out shopping for a gig ad TLD really wanted him last year...

Essentially what happened with Martin is that Yamaha made the conscious decision to retain Webb over him. That sort of shows you how much more important SX is than MX for sponsorship dollars. Shows you where the priorities are. Not saying its right or wrong, I don't care either way, just making an observation.

That is, unless Martin was offered that ride, and declined it?

Personally I think JGR should be Barcia and Martin next year, and Factory Yamaha should facilitate it happening. Keep both of those guys on blue 450s.

Being a creeper on here and reading the insiders view on the Stewart situation I've noticed they and you are 0% correct so far. I most definitely would not bet on it.

I'm thinking ML512 is right with deano staying RB next year. I think the footage on TV from Millville this weekend showing Deano and Decoster sat down discussing lines and stuff while watching the 250s speaks volumes.
It's been said multiple times by Matthes and others on pulpmx show that when Decoster knows you're not going to be on his program the next year you're pretty much dead to him and will get no help off him.
So I think that shows there's a good chance he'll be back.
