Good on him for taking that opportunity. There's no negatives.

Assuming he was planning to retire in 2or 3 seasons anyway.

It would be pretty sick if he trained there for the GP season!

Maybe he can adress his heat exhaustion problems encountered when battling with Cairoli where he hit the wall somehow

I have never raced at that track, but most of Florida is sandy.

Full interview. He gives Tomac a ton of respect. I really like the humble Herlings
x2. I used to think he was a cocky, punk of rider...but he's done his share of growing up. I'm still rooting for Cairoli to beat him, and probably always will...but I have to admit Jeffrey is a freak, especially in the sand.

Very smart move.

I wonder if Paulin is coming over as well like he did last year?

Wow, he definitely sounds more mature and respectful than he used to.

I'm really looking forward to the MXGP race.

I think you'll find he was maturing last season while he was still kicking ass.
He's a good kid, despite what Vital believes

Ha imagine Aldon, probably signed a contract to train the factory KTM riders. Never realising that meant from anywhere

I'm sure his lawyer briefed him on all the contractual details

I still think he is a cocky guy. When he races in the Netherlands he won't say on tv 'i am happy that i can race in front of my fans' but he will say 'i think it's great for my fans that they can watch me race'' (not sure if it translates well).

I think he is a great rider, also extremely hard on himself (riding with big time injuries), and great for popularity of MX in the Netherlands. Having said that i'm a fan of other dutch riders, but Herlings personality keeps me from being a fan.

He won three motos in the AMA nationals last year and then dominated both GP's held in the states...

Unfortunately there are two more GPs after the USGP, so it's unlikely that he will have the title wrapped up before the USGP.
Could still happen though but it would have been cooler to see the already crowned World Champ Cairoli fight with the AMA champ Tomac
