Old school Mx toys

Edited Date/Time 3/26/2021 6:25pm
I've been buying older road champs/hot wheels toys over the years and my collections is started to grow pretty big. Brings back many memories as a kid. Just wish I didn't destroy them when I re enacted crashes... anyways I was curious to see how many vital members still have some older road champs/ got wheels toys. Would love to see them! I will post some pics of my collection in a little

I have a big box of Road Champs still in the boxes up in the other attic. Think there are a few of the Hot Wheels ones as well including the McGrath. Who is interested. Got others that didn't get flooded too, just need to locate them. Bought a lot of that stuff over the years and now it's just clutter.

Here are some good ones pre flood. Rescued them all before they drowned, but they were all soaked. Laid them all out to dry but would recommend they all go through the washing machine. Anyone interested? I'll verify how many of them I saved.

I

I've been living stuff up here and there as I come across them. I had a bunch of the road champ stuff when I was younger and bought a bunch of the new ray bikes as well. I have some jerseys that I collected over the years as well. I have two of RC's from his PC days. #70 and a #1 along with Scott Shesk, Brian Deegan, Ping, Peick, Mike Crsigs helmet from HoT days.

My game plan is to turn my basement into a moto man cave with memorabilia everywhere along with framed pictures that I took and had signed. I have a bunch from the 90's blown up to 8x10's, 11x14 and a few 24x36 posters.

The authentic Road Champs ones were awesome. Replica riders and bikes. They ruined them with the ones that make sound. Took away the cool engine detail

Liked this Playmobil set up as a kid even though they looked like Speedway bikes

I'm looking for the Grant Langston Hot Wheels still on the card. I've got a collection of the Road Champs and Hot Wheels Moto that covers most of a wall in my Garage. I'll post a pictures later. As far as I know, I have them all except for the GL. Got a box full of duplicates if you want trades.

I still have a Greeves Challenger MX4 my dad bought me from Nut Tree outside of Sacramento way back in 1965. I don't have a picture of mine but here is the same toy I found on-line. Mine doesn't have the rider. I have carried that thing all over the world being in the Air Force for 28 years. I can't believe I haven't lost it. It's small only about 3 inches in length.

Not the best picture, but you can see part of the collection above the cabinets.

You have the Andy "Regis" Harrington one? I gave him mine several years back. Of all people, he didn't have one!

I'm not looking to get rid of any toys but I do have a little riding gear as well as a hockey jersey and hockey toy could trade.

yep. Pulled a Pingree! only the 1/6 bikes seem to hold up to my 3.5 year old son and my nephew.
The old forks that move really don't like the sandbox either.

How are you doing since the flood? I hope you and your family are all doing well and getting your life back to normal. I have been thinking of you since the flood and wondering how your home and your collection of motorcycles, parts, and all your other stuff are after the flood. I have always enjoyed seeing your photos on this forum. I sold you a lot of vintage stuff on Ebay from 2001-2007. You were always a great person to deal with on Ebay and I always enjoy your posts on Vital. I wish you nothing but the best in the future.

The "Big Jim Honda Elsinore CR-250M" and the "Evil Knievel Sky Cycle" were my favorites as a kid. I wish I still had them.
