I have no doubt he’s flying but what’s his reference point? Has he seen Eli riding and gauging off that. I mean comparing 722’s top speed to Roczen isn’t an accurate gauge I feel. I’m sure he will be close to his top form I just hate the speed gauges that are based on the eye test.

722 rode with him last year prior to A1 and can gauge his speed. I feel the 722 knows what fast is bro

Yeah, I guess we will see. I just hope he can stay healthy and remain mentally strong. Practicing at speed is one thing and racing is another. With Marv and Eli proving themselves both seasons this year Ken is gonna need all the speed he can muster. 1 month from today until we find out!

Obviously he can't know how Kenny will compare to Eli, Marvin or any of these guys, but having him say that Kenny is capable of winning is pretty encouraging for any Roczen fan. For me it definitely is.

I’m hoping roczen makes a return healthy and confident. It will make for great racing up front if we have 3 or 4 guys who can run the pace. If Roczen returns at the level he was last year, that’d be a different story.

I understand that. Me personally I don't care for the foul language in his songs and at the same time I'm a fan bc he is original and does what he does so he can be funded at the races. Lets face it just racing alone as a privateer doesn't pay the bills.. Not even close. I'm glad he will be lining up and the sport is better with him in it. Imo

Having gone through a similar but not as serious injury as Kenny all I can say is I am amazed at his recovery. Riding during a race is different than the practice track with all your fan boys pumping up your ego. I will be interested to see how he handles the pressure, the pace, and the 21 other riders in the first turn. If he doesn’t have any nerve damage I will be shocked, I can still go out and ride a 30 minute moto however when I really start to push the pace my left hand still goes all pins and needles and falls asleep.

I am hoping he doesn’t have the same thing... but, let’s just say I will wait and see before I start making claims. Eli and Marvin and different than they were last year and won’t give him an inch.

Im sure he can gauge how Kenny looks now vs the past and whether hes back to that speed. That being said its practice. I have full faith in ken but practice isnt the sane as a full sx main with marv n eli in top form. We just dont know right now if he can ride race pace battling with other top riders with the condition of his arm. Only kenny knows how his arm feels. On the last 3 laps is that arm going to be feeling good enough to pull it out... Were about to find out soon though and I cant wait.

If Roczen has his 2017 A1 speed he’s going to win races. Not concerned with fitness. He’s in shape.

Have a feeling 722 who practices with Roczen would know.

1) I will be impressed if he just finishes A1 in the main
