So how and why did you choose the username you have? Did a post like this years ago and it was very interesting to read about them, Fresh Top End is the best one I remember for the meaning of it.
Fresh top end takes the cake though. Because it would be cool even if it was just about his old smoker.
I was born in Trenton New Jersey and had a sort of a Joe Pesci accent and style of talking when I was younger (6-12) and often used profanity and other very harsh vocabulary, often.I moved to the NW at the age of 6. I used to practice with my cousins and a couple really fast NW riders who were on 80's at the time and became national pros later. Well obviously I was on a little 50 and much slower then them. They just started calling me FastEddy.....because I talked like a gangster and rode much slower then them. If that makes any sense at all. So I signed up at MotoNews and just started using the name, that was an old nickname. Then I started using it on here.
And the reason I spelled it with a "Y" rather then an "ie"...is because it isn't my real name.
The Shop
Extremely creative I know.
I was thinking about when you were checking into the Hilton suites at Anaheim1 back in 2000-2001ish...and the lady at the front desk thought you were giving her a fake name, that you had just made up off the top of your head. LOL
1. the Jane
Short name for the Mary Jane Ski Resort in Winter Park, Colorado. Since its construction in the 1970's, the Mary JaneSki Area has been referred to as simply The Jane.
Known for it's blistering bump runs and killer tree skiing, the Jane is a popular day ski resort for skiers and snowboarders living on the Front Range of Colorado. Only one and a half hours of driving time from Denver, Colorado.
Let's drive up to ski The Jane today and see if our knees explode after some laps on the bump trails. If the bumps kick our ass, we'll go ride the trees and hit some fresh pow.
Here is the original OC Racing logo that a friend hand painted back in the day. (shity cell phone pic)
and here is the newer one that Brain (from DMXS) made when i had my MCM2 team OC Racing
I am nothing like that guy but it was a funny episode.
Rock on...
Pit Row
Jammin' Jimmy
I kid, I kid. Not sure how I thought of it, but I've used it as a gamertag since the late 1980's. Excite Bike rules!
Now you know the rest of the story.....
(I started out on a sled forum way back whenever - had to come up with something...)
