New TC250 is on it's way, super excited obviously! I've been doing some research on what to do for go-fast goodies. Here's what I've found so far:
Standard Stuff:
- Suspension revalve
- Set squish
- Pipe/silencer
- Vforce reeds
Husky/KTM Specific:
- 38mm carb and/or Dick's Racing taper bore & intelajet
- Husky airbox - drill for better breathing
- longer Pro Circuit link (not sure this applies for 2015s?)
- 300 kit :D just 'cause
I'm less concerned with bling and more looking for performance gains. Anyone have any suggestions for what I've missed? Thanks!

The Boyesen reeds are not the standard ones that Boyesen sells. KTM and Husky had them create their own spec reeds. That being said I think the Vforce4 Reed system is better, if anything just better longevity wise.
Suspension is better with the 4cs, but some still want/need to get that harshness out of the fork.
Sounds like you got the majority of stuff figured out.

Thanks in advance!
The Shop
My 250sx felt like it signed off really early compared to my old yz and this helped it rev out. I now have a 38mm carb that I just put on as well and am excited to try.
I'm running a full Bills system.
thanks

Why is everyone going to the 38 carb?
I feel like I'm missing out on something.
Pit Row
And a tip...if you know someone that rides a 125 in the woods, see if they'll swap carbs. The 36 works better for those guys (for the same reason...throttle response and bottom end).
The jetting spec though will work on a 36mm or a 38mm carb.
And if you really want to wake the motor up, the guy who does my motors (and I believe Rocketsocks) does some fantastic work. The guys a wizard with the KTM motors and the insides of them look like works of art. Let me know if you want some contact info!

Not sure if you are new to two strokes, but setting the powervalve to your liking can do wonders.
Set the air screw to the temp/humidity every time you ride it.
People complaining about the ktm spec rad valve, i have 80hrs on mine and they seem fine and look perfect. I'll try v-force 4 next top end.
Kinda bling, but not really. The xtrig preload adjuster. It's an 8mm bolt that rises and lowers the reload ring, gets rid of that POS nylon ring and its much faster to adjust with a electric impact.
I'm good on the motor right now, I may do something in the future though.
The PDHS works great and the PC link really helped my TC turn better. I can't wait til the weather gets warmer.
