So I have a few pairs of goggles that the foam is starting to separate from the frames. I was wondering if anyone has found a decent solution to glueing the foam back on. I have tried super glue and adhesives similar and it melts the foam. I was thinking maybe using hot glue?

This reminds me after not riding 10 years I went and grabbed my Oakley s, still in the case, and the foam was toast. It disintegrated upon touch.

I have new goggles now and I can't even imagine replacing foam.

Yeah the foam does degrade with time but the first thing to go usually is the glue. Just wanted to extend the usable life of them. Seems like a shame to throw away a set of $75+ goggles

Try Gorilla Glue. Been using it one grips lately and it's been working great. I think may Shoe goo makes a foam type adhesive also? Or 3m 5100 if you never, ever, ever want it to come off..........

I feel like if you used them enough for foam to fall off you got your moneys worth.

Only thing i can think of is some kind of double sided tape thats strong like what they use on graphics kits.

Maybe some spray adhesive they use in upholstery shops would work. It's some tacky stuff.

Hot glue is the best idea here. Don't melt the foam with the gun.
