​ Vital's Take: According to his Instagram, Adam Cianciarulo is just "banged up" following his crash at the Charlotte GP. You can check out his Instagram post below.

Adam Cianciarulo: All good guys. Was bummed because I felt great all day and was looking forward to some good racing! Unfortunately I hit a little slick spot & the next thing I knew I was on the ground. Sucks my day ended too early - but with that said I'm just banged up and I'll be good to go after a little rest. Blown away by all the positive comments and support, you guys are awesome!
