You're right, the problem IS when the screwdriver slips (it "cams" out of the head), but the only reason it slips is because it doesn't fit properly. I'm going to assume you've never tried a JIS driver in those screw heads. They don't slip, they don't ... more »

I'm not in the moto industry, but from my engineering experience I expect that most parts are simply reverse engineered using careful measurement and R&D. I don't expect OEMs are sharing many (if any) design details with anyone other than a factory ... more »

I like it. I know that on typical wheelchairs uneven ground is difficult because the front casters are so small, so the chairs are designed with the CG pretty far back, allowing you to wheelie and lift the casters over things. Of course having the CG ... more »

Up until recently I had always cursed the manufacturers under my breath for using Phillips screws that seemed to be made of moon cheese. I had no idea that all this time I had been using American/European standard Phillips drivers on Japanese Industrial

Hmm, so the '04 triple clamps must have the same spread between the fork tubes? My understanding was that in '06 they spread the fork tubes apart 2mm, and added this much back to the fork lugs so that the same wheel and spacers could be used. But that's

As far as I know they are just an online retailer, but they sell OEM parts for most manufacturers. They are just bundling these '15 parts together and selling them as a kit for us guys that want to update.

Here is the OEM kit needed to update an '02+ YZ, minus the front number plate.
