Stock is just a shorter plug for easier access. Going easy with the bike is the biggest problem with excess oil.

Attempted armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon with pre-meditation, etc. Certainly qualifies for self defense with extreme measures to save your life and and others.

Rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6, kid did the right thing. If this POS made the choice to try and steal and assault this blatantly, then the kid did his community a service. Plain and simple.

Reply to 18 KTM 150sx- oil levle check screw 6/10/2019 6:45 AM

Go easy with that check bolt, people strip them all the time. I never use those if doing regular maintenance. Drain, measure and fill. If you aren't sure, can always measure the drained oil occasionally.

You're not stupid, just a bizarre thread and idea/scenario

Reply to Herlings and Cairoli 6/9/2019 6:00 PM

Yes, you are.

Wtf

Different strokes fellas, I don't care for that method or fumbling around pulling out thru the bottom. Couple extra bolts and the sub comes off with the exhaust and plenty of room.

Unadilla by a mile.

AvGas works great and is way cheaper than race gas, people have used it forever, myself included. The Torco product is a good alternative however.

really not that hard... can remove it thru the bottom or take the subframe off and have even more room. I usually just remove the seat/subframe.

CNY has a great moto scene and tracks, hope for much success.

After my last bottle of Klotz SuperTechniplate is used up, I will be trying this stuff. I have to say that i have been using Klotz ST for years and have had nothing but good luck. 32:1 with mostly AvGas and sometimes race gas cut with non ethanol ... more ยป

The Titan is a good tube, can't go wrong. The set up I mentioned saves you most of the time since the end is what contacts first... not too mention, simply crashes and the grip ends getting torn. Happy to help and good luck.

for the thumb down douche, I was asking because if it was the end, you can simply cut off the very tip of a new one and use bar end plugs. It will save the tube and prolong grip life. Now GFY.

Reply to 2000-2005 yz125s what to look for? 6/2/2019 3:24 PM

yeah, especially the lame places like Wildwood. Pretty much agree on the boardwalk stuff. I lived in Cortland and Syracuse for quite some time. Yep, been to both tracks, liked them too. Miss the tracks in general arounf the CNY/WNY area.
