carb problems!!! need help 1

i am looking for some advice here, i pulled my carb off and cleaned it and then put it back together the same way i took it apart and now i have a problem with keeping it idleing with out the choke it runs great when i have the choke on but with it off it dies instantly. i have checked the idling screw and adjusted it and there again it will run great with the choke on but as soon as i turn it off it dies... any suggestions please
