Reply to Kicker Arenacross Series Schedule (2018-2019) 11/3/2018 8:20 AM

Been wondering that too. It’s a shame we have no AX series based here. There’s some nice arenas within 2hrs of the DFW that could host a mini series. All we have are one off stuff like Graham, or when Nitro comes to Mesquite.

RV with the kill shot ?

My buddy and I made the trip from Texas for our first time at Redbud and a MXDN. We both had an awesome time. The parking lots were a mess, but we saw the forecast and upgraded our rental car to a 4x4 F150 when we landed in Chicago, so that didn’t bother ... more »

KLX110 tube works. Look up Mika metals mini high bend. That’s what I run, they feel like the perfect height to me.

I forgot to add, join the Facebook group mini moto mx, and just make a post looking to buy one. Someone might have just that piece they’ll sell too.

Weird, never seen one break there before. Two bros used to sell replacement pieces for that brake pedal. Maybe give them a call tomorrow, if you don’t hear back. If not, you can find the whole pedal used for $50 or so.

The ME came with white number plates. Just the fenders and shrouds were black. The 85 front number plate will work, but you have to do some modding. I have a couple buddies that have done it, haven’t done it myself though. Cheapest way to do black rims ... more »

OEM only. No aftermarket company makes plastic for the 140s. And Unfortunately only option from OEM is white.

Damn, that’s terrible to hear! A similar thing happened on my buddy’s ktm 450. It wasn’t brand new (17 with some hours), but he had been riding all night, hopped on the track when our practice started again, made it about 25 feet and his bike died on ... more »

Engines only still sells their carb kit. I would do a pipe and bore first though. I’m still running the stock carb on my bike and I have a pipe with bore kit. It runs just fine. A carb definitely helps when you have those mods, but it’ll be overkill ... more »

If you want a pitbike you can ride on actual tracks, get a KLX140L, or CRF150F. The TTR125, and KLX/DRZ125 are good options too, but I’d go with the 140 or 150F. The 125s mentioned have an open cradle design on the bottom, they have bent or split before ... more »

Anyone catch Dianna before the flat track final? They went to her for a prerace report, she started talking then mid sentence just stopped and stood there.

Exactly what I was thinking. It almost made it kind of boring compared to years past.

I had already emailed them. If I don’t get a reply by morning, I’ll call. I was confused receiving this stuff. I’ve never had this happen before, my order has never been wrong from them either. Those are universal parts, cost on them is pretty cheap ... more »

Both KLX140’s have a clutch. I think you’re mixing it up with the KLX110 and KLX110L (L has a clutch). Like Wandell said, there hasn’t been many changes with the 140s since they came out in 2008. The only real difference is they changed the start/kill ... more »

Don’t think I got one? I’d also be interested in a Magoo and stank shirt, if you have some left in a large.

Awesome of Deano! Malcolm did a similar thing with a PW50 at Ponca. My friend’s son actually won the bike. I guess Malcolm also arranged for Seven and some other brands to include a 1 year sponsorship too.

Highly recommend DT1. I had always used Twin Air or UNI before I tried DT1, now I won’t buy anything else. The twin air filters I bought for my 17 KX250F seem cheaply made compared to the DT1 filters. The rubber/foam seal on the DT1 filters seems to ... more »
