Inside the intensive care unit of a London hospital. Man, as if the medics haven't got enough to stress about, wearing all that protective gear must get really uncomfortable after just a short while. Apparently their visors prevent them from using cell ... more »

I got tested last week. I had no symptoms nor did I request a test but I was due to have an operation and the hospital insisted I was C19 negative before they would let me in. Their policy is to keep covid and non covids separate which is fair enough. ... more »

Just to add to what Kongols said about the under-estimation of deaths, here's an interesting article which gives some pretty convincing reasons as to why the death count in the US and elsewhere could be more than reported. So I don't thank that accurately ... more »

Agreed. Freedoms cannot exist without responsibilities (otherwise you have anarchy) and freedoms aren't just an individual right, they're collective too. If, collectively, we are not capable of protecting ourselves from a serious threat by uniting for ... more »

I’ve spent the last few days in Stoke Mandeville and Harefield hospitals with a collapsed lung and all the medical staff are unreal. I had to have a negative C19 test result before Harefield would let me in the operating theatre. Watching the frontline ... more »
