Yes. Well used to. Recently sold it. Street legal uncorked XR650R. I can't say how it stacks up to other dual sports since it's the only one I've ridden.

Hmmm. The biggest advantage I think to using Guitar Rig in Reaper is that the tone or "Rig" is untethered to the recorded track. I guess that's the trade off.

Maybe your Reaper DAW is newer?

I use it as an input effect I guess. The button that you push on the track effect opens a window for all effects, Guitar Rig 5 being one of them. So when it opens it looks no different than as using it as a stand alone if that makes sense. I use both

The advantage to having a real life pro in the booth is not their ability to form sentences but to give insight that only a pro would notice. Surely there are pro's in this forum but the majority can gain insight regardless.
