The PSF fork is actually a little easier to rebuild. I recommend all PSF riders use the SKF Heavy Duty fork seals. Not only do they have less friction (slide smoother) than stock seals, but also feature a longer service life.

One of our suppliers MX-Tech has a long history of tuning that bike. Give them a ring, I think they are in your area.

MX-Tech often has a lot of KTM parts. They maybe used, but I would give them a call. We don't have any or else I would be happy to help.

Rebound clicker is on top (clockwise in to stop is slowest rebound) Compression clicker on bottom (clockwise into stop is slowest/stiffest compression) Oil level is adjusted by oil height (e.g. 110mm )
