Look for a big open area, I would not go to a track until you feel comfortable on it. Learn all of your controls and seat position first. Lots of youtube videos for this. Practice riding standing up, the seat is just for looks. Have Fun !!

I would not trust that plastic matrix stand on the dolly, I usually see a few of the Matrix ones busted at the track. My Pit Posse w wheels is awesome! Best money spent!

Added reply in a thread Cylinder bore measuring? 4/30/2020 11:18 AM

I would not trust a telescoping gauge, although you are getting a consistent measurement its just not accurate enough. A bore gauge is much more accurate, maybe take it to your local shop or borrow a bore gauge just to be sure. Your current measurement ... more »

I did not know that, Funny, because we always say they should build a MX track in the middle of the island. Im born and raised in the area, thanks for info ! Still happy that they have not developed the island into a big resort hotel.

I have a couple old KX 65's laying around. what do you charge to convert one of them to electric ? BTW, mine are NOT in good condition, and they do currently run. Would be nice to have a quiet elect pit bike for the house.

The stock carbs on those suck !!!!!!! I was cleaning ours once a month, switched carbs ( Im not sure what one, its been about 4 yrs ) But that solved all of our carb problems with that bike. It seems to be the norm on the ttr 125. Its the only bike I ... more »

I would say that's a good deal for $110. Best fix for this is go easy on that bolt, I dont think I have ever seen one fall out, but I sure have seen a lot of people over tighten and strip the threads.

I get it, We always knew Spanos was a poor owner, and even worse with PR. The vote was a complete sham, we all know that. We voted to build him a stadium in Fashion Valley, Everyone seems to forget about that! He wanted downtown, that's fine, but not ... more »

Do you have access to a CMM at your work ? If so I would check the cylinder in 3 spots with that and see how it compares to your bore gage measurement.

Added reply in a thread Pala Fox 🦊 Moto cross practice tickets 3/18/2020 2:45 PM

I was not aware that they sold practice tickets, we always pay at the gate and get a wrist band for the day. Is there an advantage to buying practice tickets in advance ? And yes, that track has been closed for a week due to rain.
