Saturday's action was memorable, with the news that Motocross series points leader James Stewart will miss the round (and possibly the rest of the season) due to the knee injury he suffered at Washougal, and an abbreviated practice schedule due to a muddy track. There's also this year's rookie crop making their post-Loretta's debut in the Nationals, including Nico Izzi and Trey Canard, and the final National for Ricky Carmichael. He nearly lapped the field last year on a muddy track. Can he do it again, while claiming his 150th win?
