Text Box & Submit Button Gone (PC)

Posting this from my phone. Not sure if I messed up my internet settings or something but my text box and submit bottom are gone.

And if I go to start a new thread, the text box is there, but there is no submit button. Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit: also, if I go to quote a post, neither of them pop up. The bottom of the page stays blank.

On your desktop machine, please test this in multiple browsers (including in private/incognito mode) and let me know if it still exists in all of those cases. You may want to clear your browser cache as well - maybe something is wrong there.
