There was a thread in another section about people having trouble getting videos on the main page to play,
I can view videos on youtube and all of the other sites that I visit except for Vital and the Instagram videos posted in the Social Scoop section.
Already updated all video player plug-ins and have the latest version of Firefox. Tried it on Chrome and have the same problem.
Any ideas?

There's a few different reasons why some video services including out own may not work for you. As you mentioned you've updated your browsers and plugins, could you try opening a video in 'Private Browsing' or 'Incognito' mode whilst having all third-party plugins disabled (including any ad-blockers etc).
If the above does not work, it may be that your browsers have a disabled hardware-accelerated video decoding option set to off as default.
The below links are not completely up-to-date, but hopefully will help guide you to find these settings in your browsers.

Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1013828
If any of the above still does not work, please let me know what type of computer and operating system you are using to help us further investigate this issue.

I'm on a Dell XPS 600 with Windows XP Professional x64 edition.
I opened a new window with "Private Browsing" and now I can view some of the videos. The Brett Cue 2017 Honda video plays and also the Axel Hodges Slayground video plays. The Ohlins video still does not play.
Also, if at all possible, could you please visit this video page; http://www.vitalmx.com/videos/features/Tested-Twisted-Development-FastHouse-KTM-250-SX-F,14754/ML512,13480
And view the javascript console (instructions on how to do so for the main browsers are listed below), once you are able to view the console, please refresh the page (console should stay open) and around 30 seconds or so after loading, you should see a line in the console that starts with 'User Debug:' - please copy and paste that line as a response here.
Many thanks to anyone able to assist.

Both are copies of one of our YouTube videos:

Please let me know if that plays as well (at both 720p and 1080p settings).
Thanks again, we really appreciate it.
