Any feedback , comments or suggestions would be great from anyone that's done something similar , my stadium plate doesn't quite fit right , about 3/8 " gap between that and the fender , still have a ways to go needing new rads desperately , new graphics , sprockets and chain etc .
Much needed case saver

Bike has a full fmf
Pro taper bars
Rims from a 2015 crf250
Forks are off a 2005 crf250
Vforce reeds
New crank
New cylinder/head
Piston etc
All new plastics
New Michelin star cross

P.s this is my first post haha , and yeah I know the seat cover needs to be finished stapled

So none of these Pictures are in order , had to buy those rough looking forks because I manage to bend one of the kybs , but picked them up cheap couldn't complain .
The cylinder was shot , the piston made a mess of the head , so I figured I'd change the crank and bearings while I was at it
, I put about 20ish hrs on the first rebuild everything worked great , minus the hole in the outer clutch case .
Now 4 hours into the Second rebuild with the plastics yet to have seen the daylight

Thanks , in a little deeper then I ever expected .. initial plan was to buy and flip but I have to much of an attachment now to it , all work and parts were done over a 9 month stretch and now it’s about time for it to go away again for the winter .

With the seat cover you might find it helps to put it in the sun for an hour or so (or otherwise get some heat into it) as this will help you fit it tighter/smoother. Also, using an electric staple gun helps (if you weren’t already).

Cool project Cool
