Nice build. Where did you get the tripple clamps? I'm looking for aftermarket but don't know what to use. Are the forks stock?

No they are actually off one of my old race bikes from years ago. They were on a 2008 crf450 they are A-Kit 52mm showa front forks. Had to try few differnt stems to make it work in the frame but finally got it to sit right in the head set.

Who did your cerakoting on the hubs, would you mind letting me know the costs and how long it takes? I have been looking at a few shops for this service. THX

Are the forks fresh? Project looks mint!!
Yes
Every seal, bearing, washer, bolt, pretty much is brand new. I still need to rebuild the front caliper, and lower linkage.
Picked up the shock spring today so I will be putting that on tonight. Hopefully get a bunch done this weekend

Here are some photos of recent vapor blasting and shock spring

So the bike is about 90% done at this moment. Still have to
1. finish shock and mount
2. Install bars and components
3. Put on pipe and silencer
4. Bleed brakes
5. finish outer primary and install
6. Put gas her and hopefully she starts.

I put a couple more photos up here. It been a long weekend I think I worked on the bike For about 18 hours.
I will not be posting any more till it's 100% then I'll probabaly post high res. Photos

i mocked up some number in white background just to take some pics. I have yellow backgrounds on order.
Hope you all like the progress
Till later
