Brought a 2006 KX250 not too long ago. Paid $2750nzd ($2000usd) as a runner. Sat in the guys shed for a few months but started and ran good as gold.
Got it home and gave it a decent wash. Started her in the driveway for a few minutes then put it in the shed to start stripping it down.
And 3 hours later, it was down to this -
Sent the frames away to get powdercoated. Out of the million coloura to choose from, I went black. It is ment to have a light sand papery texture. Mainly picked it because it was shinier than matte but duller than satin. I am super stoked with how it turned out.
Ordered a set of black plastics, Flo Green 450 number board and front mudguard.
Also got a PC Works pipe and PC shorty - easily best purchase I have ever made. So sick ! Brought them all from BTO. Got another pipe set for a mate at the same time.
Going to get stuck into putting her back together this week. TT Series starts in 5 weeks so need her for that. Will keep updating when I get more done.

Forks and shock are away getting resprung, revalved and serviced.
KXF wheels still to go on. PC works pipe and silencer ready to go.
Looking for some VForce reeds if anyone has one for sale.
