Focusing on the Alta. What would you guys think the best way to address charging with no outside hook ups?

I think it is the biggest issue with the pure basics of riding motocross. The new Alta MXR is better but 25-30 min in the aggressive map is just not enough to run one class at your local track. Now I know 30min is relative to conditions and ability, but pulling the trigger in the dealer ship with that big question over your head "Well how do I charge IF i need too?" is a concern.

So @ 240 volts, 1.5 hours to full charge. Thats not terrible at all, but how could you bring 240v to the track??

Get a 240v generator.

Which one do you use? I would hope it's a inverter gen. Hondas are 4k and Yamaha around 3600.

Inverter gens dont put out 240V. That was a rude awakening for me after buying an Alta. That big plug on them is 120V RV style plug, so Im forced to carry a megaheavy and loud gen with me.

Your right it is, but at 260lbs, it doesnt make any sense to pay 4k for it when a run of the mill briggs and stratton would cost a quarter of that and offer similar overall Db, weight, and output. Point is a small and quiet inverter doesnt put out 240v.
In Europe everything runs on 230V, so Honda EU2000 would work, but I couldnt find any way of getting one imported to the USA. And even if I did, that generator would basically be worthless for anything other than the Alta.

How many amps is the Alta fast charger pulling from the source?

I don't know about the rapid charger. But on the standard charger, it has a white sticker stating 2500 watts at 240 volts. So that's a little over 10 amps it's pulling. The yellow inline GFCI states a max rating of 15 amps at 240v.

This might be a dumb, already answered question, but can you hook a charger up to your car and charge your bike while going to and from the track?

I have an 110V inverter in my van. It works, it can add a bit of charge, but it charges at about half the speed of a normal 110V outlet. This is not fast enough to make much of a difference on my typical track day. And I have to keep the van running all the time, else it drains the battery too quickly and turns itself off.

I have bought a 240V generator instead.
