1982 YZ250 Barn find

Bike looks to be in fair condition. Does not run as the top end is seized, not sure if it's from condensation or failure. The dust was so thick I removed it with a leaf blower. Frame seems in good condition around the steering head as this can be an issue with this model. Text best offer to 3044175296

The bike doesn't look that bad. But that doesn't look like the original rear wheel, and the rear brake is missing.

It's not the original rear wheel. My plan if I restore the bike is to sell the one on it and replace it with an original from ebay. I have the brake hub for the wheel it's not on it in the pic.
