It looks like the 'factory' really wanted that seat cover to stay on with the pin/bolt/??? holding it together in the back.

I messaged him a while back. He said he's a watercraft broker and got the bike in a trade. When I asked the origins of the bike and how he knows it's a true HRC bike he got super passive aggressive with me.
