If you go on eBay uk, type in ‘splitfire Kawasaki ‘ there’s a guy selling a heap of pc stuff for kx125s 04 and up

Seen all that , have most of those he is trying to sell but not sure if the jig pipe will fit up . Thanks for that

I know this isn’t going to help you, but I threw away 2 cylinders and 3 heads from my sons ‘04 KX125, about a year ago. One of the cylinders and heads were ported/ milled by PC, in good condition. It actually bums me out that I could’ve gave them to someone that needed them. I just got tired of looking at them on the shelf. The other cylinder was stock and needed a replate. Both of the other heads were stock in good condition.

Can't you buy a new cylinder from Kawasaki parts?
I bought a new cylinder for my 01 last year from Kawasaki, they had stock.
