Hi all.. long time viewer, first time poster. Recently purchased a replacement seat cover for my 2015 YZ 250f from MotoSeat. It arrived quickly and included the gas cap cover as well. Any tips on how to install the gas cap cover to the existing gas cap? It is entirely made of rubber/foam. I heard something about gluing it... any tips?
Thanks

I elected to staple mine in case I elect to change colors in the future and want to re use the gas cap cover. I feel the glue is a tighter fit and looks more slim, however I don't have any complaints with mine. Its held up well and hasn't given me any issues. Installed using the air stapler that I installed the main part of the seat with.

To the OP yes use staples, there is a tuto on YouTube about that, i followed it and never looked back, it didn’t move since
Or like others said most aftermarket covers come with that piece that you glue or staple over the stock one.
