Almost certain ML mentioned this months ago. I think I remember him say that certain events will have a MEC-like format

It has been discussed on pulp mx. Rumor is 3 main event format at a few of the supercross rounds.

Just heard the same at Pulp, like PlainEnvelopes says. They say we'll get more West vs East races and also some "MEC like schedules. Dunno what that will give, but I'm looking forward to it, doing nothing won't fix problems like not getting outside sponsors, new public, new riders without moto-parents, ...

The rumor I'm hearing now is they were going to announce the changes at the MEC, then decided to wait a bit longer to pull a few more good ideas out of the VitalMX moto related forums.
