They just announced that Grant Harlen and Lane Shaw came in from Colorado and are racing today. I saw Lane Shaw in the pro practice but I didn't see Harlen out there.

Grant Harlen dislocated his shoulder on the first lap of the 250 moto earlier. Low sided coming down the hill in the back. Bummer!!!!!!

So instead I have to cycle and run this weekend 😡

Sweet videos...track looks great! We raced all over TX for many years but somehow never made it to Swan. Wish we had...but It was an AMA track back then and we didn't run those for some reason.

Who all was taking photos this weekend? My son only raced one moto but it was his first ever race and I want to buy some photos if there are any.

If you watch these videos you will see that national mx race tracks can be set up to be fast fun and safe and done so without those insane ruts we see every week. I have been going to and racing at Swan from about 1985 and it is one of the best track anywhere with the best mx family running it.

Those race videos make me want to get out to Swan. Been a while, that rhythm section wasn’t there. It’s a cool track and great layout, fun as hell. As much of a rush the speed is out there it’s too fast for MX, feels like a road race course. When it’s rough at those speeds it’s sketchy.
