Stroke that ego.
We're so amazed with how awesome you are.

Can you make more posts about how awesome you are? Please?

It's an impessive thing, yes. But you bring up a post about how 'fit' you are, and how 'easy' things are for you, and how awesome you are all the fucking time.

Relax with it. We GET it.

I don't even like Matt, but if he wants to post something about himself let him. You don't have to read it.

Guys, lay off Matt. The shit that he's been through, he deserves to congratulate himself everyday if he wants.
TP did some major damage to change his life from then on out. If he wants to talk about it and make it known, so be it.

Matt, my advice to you since most of us know what happened: Try to look forward, not behind you. You've done a pretty good job so far.

5 laps ?? Up the front side and then down the east grade ??

Until you can get from the store at the bottom to the stop sign at the top in under an hour keep making them laps :-) .

We'll make sure there's a body bag waiting for you when you get back !

started at the store up top. Down south grade to the stop sign. Not all the way to the gas station, the 8 mile mark. Back up. I did 3 laps averaged about 48-50 minutes for each lap.

There you go Matt. Hell of a comeback. Do you have any rehabilitation tips for me? I fractured my L3 all the way across horizontally and broke a large piece of bone off that was lodged in my nerve as well as burst two discs and bulged two. Had surgery to remove the bone frag and cut out the herniations. I am 8 weeks post surgery and am still having trouble walking and Doc said that my nerve was the size of two thumbs but only supposed to be pinkie sized. He said it was the most he had ever seen this nerve inflamed in a patient. I had been riding every week for many years up to that point and now I would just like to walk halfway normal and lose this pain that comes on randomly down my leg that is like 400 volts of electricity shooting through it. I have started to swim but pain is still pretty bad. Bike bogged over biggest gap on track (of course) and I landed into face and felt spine collapse. I really am not ready to stop riding but...

Dude, Hope you recover soon, just keep doing what the docs tell you and the exercises you have to do everyday and you will get there never give up on that dream of getting back out riding, you will get there.
All the best
