I think the forks are worth more than the bike. That thing is a POS. One of the worse bikes ever made in my opinion. 2005 Kawazuki. Decent price? Buy it for the forks. The bike came with 47mm Showa forks.

Shock looks like it’s A kit to me too
Ok next question do these forks and shocks transfer to any other bikes? With the 04-06 rmzs being so universally hated i doubt much market for upgrades for those bikes lol

I'm on my phone so it's a bit hard to tell but that doesn't look like the stock shock to me. So I'm going to say yes that's an A kit shock. Someone smarter than me in that department can confirm it.

No idea on what other bikes you can make them fit. Possibly a smoker from those years?

Does the seller have any idea what he has? What are your plans with it? Buy it cheap and make a profit selling the suspension? Not a bad idea.

That bike actually came with 48mm KYB open cartridge forks. Those are Showa forks on the bike and one could assume they are some version of kit forks since it has the A kit shock. Don't know why they would have KYB stickers on them.

At second glance that's an '06.
Yes 06 rmz250.. No title listed for the typical 06 rmz250 price range. Might grab it and part it out. Forks would bring it alone if they carry over to any common models.

Motors on them always blow up so a complete running motor should sell pretty well

Im going to grab it as it seems everyone agrees they are kit suspension

Not sure what they're going for but if you can make a few bucks out of it more power to you.

And yes those engines were bad. Brother had an '05 and I was still on my '04 YZ 125. Sucked riding alone but at least I was riding lol.

Looks like an amateur Suzuki bike to me. There were a bunch of those that were sold off, when the ‘07’s came out. Yoshimura had ours running good, but had to be taken apart within 10 hrs to be rebuilt. Not the best used bikes to have. Lol
The shock will not fit anything newer than ‘06. The body will not work on the 2-Strike either.
We had a few sets of A-Kit on our ‘06 and had to get new shocks for the ‘07 bikes. The forks will transfer to newer bikes, but I’m not sure what years they fit.

Seems like a legit A-kit. If you decide to pull the trigger, let me know what's your price for the forks please Smile
