I thought this would be how far you rode a wheelie on your new bike

Didn't answer my question.

The tv commercials show what appears to be a 30' high pier that they launch off .

Did he go 'out' or 'down'?Cool

Oh, I thought you were asking if he had crashed while practicing MX.

It's amazing to me (but kind of par for the course lately) that JS7 just coming off injury would do an event like this before even racing a national. It really makes no sense to me.

It's like my mom used to tell me when I wanted to play outside after staying home from school sick. If you're to sick to go to school you're to sick to play.

He's a reality star first and foremost it would seem, racing takes a back seat to getting good footage. What you said was common sense but we aren't talking about common sense anymore. I just want to see him on the track doing what he is really good at, these side show distractions can go.

He's a RedBull Athlete and this is one of Red Bull's biggest events regionally, and it's in his back yard. I am sure one of his biggest sponsors, financially, requested his presence and participation.

You "crash" into water, not solid ground

It's no big deal

Just give JS a 450, a ramp and a parachute. He'd easily shatter the 150 ft record. No wings needed.

That was just stupid..

If you watch some of the other competitors attemps, his was about average. Everybody else uses lightweight materials - JS's was a tank

I would guess with all the environmentalist in Florida he didn't have more then a spit of gas in the bike. Meanwhile 100 bazillion gallons of BP crude oil is floating around the gulf.

Remember the fit the environmentalist had when TP199 launched his rm125 into the San Fran bay? Speaking of that TP flew way farther than JS did there.

he wasn't allowed to use any motorized power.... only human power. They could only push him - Thats the fun of it. You should see some of the contraptions that get dropped off the edge of that barge.

Looks like fun. Any of us would have done it as well as a huge portion of the racers.
