So on Thursday night , someone who visits or posts here called my phone said I really needed to call him back. I called and it's some girl's phone by the name of Holly. I was curious to find out who it was or what he needed.

I've seen several folks on here listing Puyallup as their whereabouts, though.
Or maybe Microsoft saying you have a virus on your computer....
I've had more than a few dotheads calling me with that situation.
I like to string them along and then hit them HARD with a mama joke they don't like that too much...

Exact words were " Hey , is this Jeff Huber that posts on Vital?.......if it is , yer gonna want to call me back "
But that doesn't really explain the tone in the voice. I can't tell if he is someone I knew , if he was pissed...or drunk.
Hoping maybe he see's this and chimes in. Or call me again.
One is the bail scam. Pretend to know and/or be related to you and ask for “bail money” as you’re the “only one they know to help them.”
The other is where they pretend to have a weak/quiet phone connection and repeatedly ask if you can hear them. When you say “yes” over and over, they record it. They sign you up for all sorts of stuff ($$$) and when you try to dispute it, they have you agreeing to purchase (the “yes” recordings).
Would be kind of weird in this case though unless they were spoofing with a number belonging to a random gal named holly.
Not sure how he got my number , but it was ( or at least sounded like ) a " Call me or else "
Then 30 minutes ago I get a few strange calls from 1-402-935-7733. I looked it up and seems to be something connected to Paypal , or a scamming thing for paypal. Go to my bank , and sure as shit.....3 withdrawals of $50.00 gift cards , and I haven't used paypal in two years.
Called my bank , got everything squared away. Bank card that was attached to paypal is now deleted , and have a new one coming. Two of the transactions showed up as a gift to a printing shop in Nebraska. The other one is Oregon based and showed up as " H&M HENNES MAURIT 855-4667467 OR ".
Have no idea if any of this is connected , maybe just a coincidence.

Cam....text me btw. I lost your number with my old phone.
I called the Oregon co. H&M and they are a clothing company. Spoke to the manager and he wanted my account details.....I told him I didn't have an account.
I'll just let my bank figure this out.
Go smash that phone and get a new one. and never ever call anyone back that doesn't give a detailed reason and identify themselves
For you tech guys......I could use some advice on something ( mainly out of curiosity ). So check this out.....My Paypal account hasn't had any action's listed in my account since May 2017. So.....how would my bank get fooled thinking it was me , using a paypal account , when my paypal account has had no activity for 1 year? I thought they hacked my Paypal account , but that doesn't seem to be the case. And if they hacked my business debit card account , why would they make it look like it was through paypal?
The H&M HENNES MAURIT place is a legit business as well. But for some reason , they were able to take my info , send an invoice to my bank , making it look like I purchased something from H&M? I think I need to call them back.
