Great interview. I hope they get a great turnout. I have a feeling that the race will be epic!

I think it will be a pretty good turn out. When I was there this past Friday there were already campers parked in the RV spots.

I'm still concerned about the weather. I don't mind a mudder because I am not racing, but I prefer to see a "clean" race. It has rained here now for 2 days straight. I woke up this morning to rain. I hate to complain about the rain - especially after seeing what our Houston friends are going through.

What is the dirt mixture like there? I am assuming the place can handle a pretty good amount of H2O?

Thanks for posting and I epically agree! Looking forward to a post-Ironman/outdoor Nationals Eli Tomac vs Herlings (and all others) rematch! Hitting the road tomorrow to head south. Very ready for a Moto-roadtrip

Mike, the dirt consistency is sand mixed with clay and I've heard, but don't know for sure, they have brought even more clay in of late.

I don't know what kind of money WW is getting, but I do know Wyn from Gatorback is leasing the track for the race.

I have a strong feeling this weekend will be very, very wet.

Georgiabro...hope not. I think it will be ok. Typically, as you know, the motos are usually wrapping up around rain time - which is usually 1530 to 1630.
