I thought this would be a cool thread idea.

Ill start. Sorry for being lame here but im gonna say new rubber. I had a 05 yz250 and threw a new set of pirelli scorpions on it and I know ALL new tires are great and all but this bike was seemingly velcro'd to the ground. Any lean angle, any amount of throttle it would hook. Your turn

Boyesen reeds in my 81 YZ 125, helped throttle response. I was 19 years old and that's all I could afford.

Buy the green elastomers for it, a friend of mine had the same feeling as you until he tried the green ones.

On my YFZ it was the Vortex ECU. Took the brutal bog they have from stock and made the throttle response quicker than anything else I’ve ever driven

Shock Revalve on my 95 KX250. Out of the box, the shock was horrible. Was completely unbalanced and made the bike almost unrideable to me. Pro Circuit revalve made it a different bike.

Slower shock rebound, cost $0 to have a more stable bike Smile

Put spring forks and rekluse on 15 crf. Made it quite a bit better. Plasma cutting my shock mounts on my pit bikes and rewelding to handle bigger shocks and angles.

Fresh set of new tires is almost always the best bang for your buck in my opinion.
