Brayton mechanic?

I just saw in the pit bits that Duffy and him split up? I thought those two had been together for a while?

Also why would the split be this late in the year?

MCR hired Tony Berluti to wrench for JB now. Not sure on the reasoning behind the split with Duffe, I just heard about it yesterday.

Tony Berluti knows his shit. He was part of the Suzuki factory team back in the day and always had good riders. I wish him and JB10 the best in '18.

MCR is a top notch crew, sucks to see Brayton and Duff split up but great hire in Berluti.

Nice work MG & TA. MotoConcepts is my favorite team.

Don't know why they split, but Berluti is taking the job.

Both of them are from Iowa, can't imagine it was any conflict between the two. I think Berluti just has more experience.

It wasn't either of their choice.

From what I understand (and I've only heard one side) apparently there was some back-and-forth over the team headsets that didn't sit well with the management.

Sounds like a convenient excuse to make already desired changes. Unless it was a 'Universe' comment...that's worthy of a firing. Grinning

If you say so. Waiting until way late into silly season to let someone know that they won't be back (and just about all the prime opportunities to wrench on other teams have been filled) seems a bit on the petty side.
