Expanding on your idea. Give it a Game of Thrones feel. RM69 should sit on a throne (drinking a PBR of course) while the camera scans the arena. When the camera stops on a girl, he gives a thumbs up / thumbs down. If chosen, she is then escorted to the mechanics tower by two of his Knights.

Girl 1 is a Monster girl planted in the crowd. Spotlight goes to her; Ronnie thumbs down. Repeat. Third girl is an actual crowd member, who has agreed to this ahead of time, who then is escorted down to, and sits next to, King Mac.

It was King Mac in the 90s, and it's King Mac all over again.


EDIT: since Ronnie is kindof a clown, and we know how he is, he should immediately pucker up for a kiss when the girl from the stands makes it down... only to have her kick him square in the nuts, dropping him to the ground writhing in pain, as she takes the king's throne!
