Bucket List Check! Going to MEC first time ever at a professional event. What are your tips?

Hey guys I’m super pumped to be going to Vegas and watching the Monster energy cup! I’m driving from Saskatchewan Canada and cannot get a blink of sleep! My question is, are their any tips you would give to someone as their fist ever AMA event. I have access to the party in the pits and pretty decent seats because the VIP seats were sold out. Any type of life hacks you guys could give? I’d love to make the most of my experience. Thanks guys!

Find the free shuttle bus to the stadium from the host hotel. I think I saw it was the Luxor this year. It'll save you a drive or cab ride or race day. If you have never been to Vegas, consider buying a ticket for 'The Deuce'. It'll make getting around on the strip easier/less expensive. If you are interested in all of the other things that will be going one that day, make sure you look at the schedule of events. MEC has some cool demos earlier in the day.

Oh, and the pool party Sunday afternoon at the host hotel will usually be a good time. We tore it up at Rehab in the Hard Rock a few years ago. Lots of moto folks. Good times.

Slap all the Monster chicks on the butt and yell "hamhocks!!" while you do it. It turns them on.

Drink lots of water. Maybe some earplugs if your going to be watching all the practice/qualifiers and then the night show.

Plan on some time in the parking lot, too. Best whip? Quarterpipe? Not sure what they have planned for demo stuff.

Circle Bar at the Hard Rock is usually a good place to see some of your favorite riders shitfaced after the races. Also, don't eat the brown acid.

i learned that the hard way in 2015.... i think i watched someones tear off flutter for what seemed like 30 minutes after they pulled it on a triple lol.
