He should just go to BTO, ask them to take his bike to the races and he can pit there, run his own program and it would help them with exposure as well.

I can't see him doing that again. Pretty much everyone who has tried it has folded. Nope not going to happen!

I don't have any inside knowledge but a bike deal on his own makes sense. He can still at least break even if not make a few bucks, do it his way, and go out on his own terms. If he does that and is still competitive I would expect to see him at A1 2019 if not 2020 and beyond.

As has been mentioned, he has a huge sponsor conflict with WPS being a title sponsor on that team.

With a significant financial investment like a title sponsorship, why would WPS want to pay to drive Chad around pitching a competitor's product?

For all the LOLing at a never-likely-to-happen Reed/Stewbert team....can you imagine the attention that would bring for sponsors? But therein lies the problem: Red Bull vs Monster; Fox vs Seven. Solution: big money team sponsors, but the riders keep their (big money) personal sponsors. Hell, get RC back in the game as a team owner; dude is apparently out of a gig at the moment.
I was thinking the same thing. This would take SX/MX to the next level for sure. The interest level and headlines would bring so intriguing.

Hate comparing to NASCAR, but you do have this there....look at Hendrick's Team.... JG24, JJ88, and DE88 were all on the same team.

Who knows what sponsors a super-team (for lack of better words) like this could bring to the table.

Nobody remembers he did test KTM before and talked about it after... He loved bike riding slow but feeling went away when did ride faster laps.. Im sure he says now anything to get decent bike after poor results with factory Yamaha.

there are no conflicting sponsors on ANY nascar "super team", except for 5 hour energy which has a "grandfather " clause agreed to by monster

He'll be 36 next year, never thought with all his success that he would race this long.

Reed will be on a KTM and JS7 will be back on a Honda as a team mate wirg Reed. The third rider is Adam Enticknap #722. Ohhhh the irony!!

****sarcasm for those of you not aware

Pulp Thursday Show from JT$... Not confirmed but trying to do something. I'd imagine his gear deal is/was a sticking point somewhere and he really wants to be on a steel frame or the Yellow bike.

why his gear? i'd say him being a monster athlete creates more problems for a team that is heavyly sponsored by red bull.
That would most likely be in regards to the RM/KTM/WPS Team. They are a Fly team and I would bet Reedy won't leave Fox.

I have zero insight, but I will give in and make a prediction:

Team (Big Name Title Sponsor) 22 Motorsport Suzuki. Factory Support from Suzuki/Yosh and a working relationship with JGR Factory Suzuki . Goose as the mechanic and Ozzy as the team manager.

That was the prior generation bike anyway so it isn't all that relevant to today, especially with an even newer factory edition on the way for next season.

The comments made on the recent pulp podcast basically set the tone for some very creative and "out of the box" approaches once this thing finally hits public media.

Bro's could travel to the races in Ridgelines and order exuberant amounts of pizza, not that it matters. . .

Not true. Hendrick has Farmers Insurance and Nationwide. And I'm also talking in terms of personal sponsors.

1. It was the older Ktm, not the current generation. It's not even close the same bike

2. He said that he liked it, and kinda choose that bike to his next bike but when they started to modify it, add power and stuff the good feeling went away and he backed out of it. Then they went and tested Kawi again and went with that. Then magig happened again.
