I am working on interior designs for the moto themed restaurant that I will be building in Garland Texas. This forum is made up of a lot of people from around the world, that together have probably seen every way possible to display a motorcycle at a dealership, conventions, races, restaurants, museums, etc. I need suggestions on what are the best you have even seen. Same goes for displaying helmets, jerseys, etc. I want people to be able get up close and see in detail, but need to make sure that kids, drunks and idiots can't hurt themselves. I want it to look great, and I need your advice and recommendations.

The Shop
Too often there is cool stuff at restaurants (or other locations) with no information on what the item is, it's history, significance, etc is.
Something that would certainly get today's cell-phone addicted youth interested would be an interactive app that could pull up information, videos, etc that relate to the various jerseys, bikes, etc. Hold your phone up to the QR code for the Tornado and Ping's article could pop up. It would then suggest looking at other Ping related materials in the facility.
I live in Minnesota, but when I visit Texas I will definitely
Make a trip there to come to your restaurant, I Love it
I wish there was one in every state #Goals
"The Reality of Food Service"
P.s. Clutch levers for toilets, sinks, taps, doors etc.
Pit Row
Maybe have areas or rooms of the restaurant segregated by a particular era, with a video loop showing iconic races and interviews of riders from that era (example 70's, 80's, 90's era theme rooms).
My oldest daughter just graduated College and got a job in Waco, so we will be flying into Dallas when we visit her. So once the restaurant is open we will come check it out!
Yeah, Race Rock had a lot of cool stuff. Shame it closed!
Another Race Rock style place I've seen was in Monaco "Stars and Bars" which was pretty dark inside, but also had some great stuff inside.
You can give it a google for some better pics, but here's some pics, they're from about 2012:
