Nope. He proved himself all year. He fully deserves a factory ride. Hopefully JGR and him work it out.

I don't think he has something specifically related to MEC to prove. If he's there and on a quality bike, he just needs to show he's got some speed and should be on a contending bike in 2020.

Not sure he'll be there with nothing firmed up so far...

Australia for the last week of November and then home.

Really thought he had something quietly agreed upon with the Motoconcepts team once Brayton made his Honda signing known....( no inside info just speculation on what seemed like a logical, good fit given the state of the sport and available open spots)

But then i see Justin, "I'd rather be playing my guitar and posting bad covers of Pearl Jam songs to social media" Hill getting a test ride which was a bit of a head scratcher to me.

Not that JH cant match or beat JoeyS on any given day but just from my .02 opinion ......I think Joey feels like he has something to prove now & if I had an open spot hed be at or near the top of my list.

2 things… no matter where (if) he lands on the podium, he will look bummed like somebody just shot his dog.
Also if I were him and Tomac had the first 2 motos in the bag I would put Eli in the cheap seats, not to physically injured but just to ruin that 3rd moto and then the balance of power gets back to normal 😂
