E start on a 2013-16 CRF?

Has anyone tried taking the OEM E start kit for the 17/18 CRF 450 and bolting it on a 15 (or older)? I'm wondering what the issue with this would be.

First off no holes or mounting on cases... Completely different wiring and locations for electrical parts.
