ESPN just released a list of the top 20 most dominant athletes from the past twenty years and made some questionable placements, most notably the exclusion of Ricky Carmichael.

Edit: just looked at the article and they listed Barry Bonds in it so seriously WGAF.

I know what WGAF means but what is this ESPN that you speak of?

A sports media company that exists solely to promote the sports they are directly involved in making money off of.

maybe because mx isn't a top 20 sports in regards to popularity and well...pretty much anything but injuries.

If you feel strongly about it contact ESPN with the stats from Ricky's career. Lapping the entire field is dominant. Retiring mid season with the points lead is dominant. Wins and championships speak for themselves.

I'm a Motocross kinda dude.
I don't watch or read ESPN.
I don't say "we" when I'm talking about a football team.

Probably bc less than 5% of the general population knows anything about Motocross/Supercross and an even smaller percentage actually care about it.

F1 is mainstream, motocross isn't.

This is sort of like complaining that John Brzenk isn't on the list.

As a huge mc fan,. RC is the best ever, not even close. Rv #2. And swap. Rd5, mc either way for 3/4, wins dont mean as much as titles.

If you think that F1 is in any way comparable to MX/SX, you need to travel a bit.

Reed was owning Dungey and RV before he pulled the eject lever at Millvile in 2011. Reed couldn't even get close to RC outdoors
